Prestige Shooting Events at Crogen Estate

“Game On” shooting was established to replicate, as near as possible a traditional Crogen Shoot – a day of driven shooting with simulated pheasant, partridge and grouse. As it’s simulated, you can also enjoy the shoot experience out of season.

For less than the cost of shooting 5 good, driven game birds, you can enjoy being driven from peg to peg along forest, valley and mountainside tracks shooting in excess of 4000 clay birds. Soak in unimaginable locations that are off the map across 2500 acres of prime shooting territory, where you’ll enjoy some breath-taking scenery.

Grouse shooting enthusiasts can enjoy and explore 1000 acres of grouse moor.

Simulated game days can be much less formal than driven game days and are an ideal way to ‘hone’ shooting skills, or for the relative newcomer, to experience a ‘driven day’ before the real thing. We can present clays for all levels of ability, from experienced game shooters to complete novices – don’t worry!

Game On are thrilled to be able to provide a line of up to 8 guns, this means that if you are a team of 16 people, 8 will shoot while 8 can load. We always aim for a group of 16 guns but it is possible to have more if required – please just contact us for more information.

Accommodation*

A choice, or combination, of:

  • Crogen Hall (8 bedrooms; 7 bath/shower rooms) (catering supplied)
  • The Coach House (sleeps 17 in 8 twin/doubles, 1 single; 5 bath/shower rooms) (Self catering, but catering can be arranged if required)

*Run by Crogen Events, a separate but family-run enterprise.

Our main emphasis is for you and your guests to relax and enjoy yourselves, to feel completely at home, and enjoy high level s of both standards and service. Throughout your visit to Crogen, you will be looked after by the family, who have extensive experience of shooting, corporate and private hospitality.
